The project was divided into two component but indipendent structures. The skeleton of the existing building was completed by a fourth wall and called the Ring. Inside this one, a new tower of six floor of steel, was erected and called the Showcase. The existing structure couldn't in any way be hidden, so Rex decided to cover it with panels of glass so as to allow the vision of the interior building.
To allow a more rapid realization were ordered glasses that could be combined in countless ways and the design was completed only during the waiting for delivery of materials. Each piece of glass was incised with an "X" for structural reasons. The building inside was instead covered with mirrors. The light penetrates the glass exterior, marked with the "X", and is reflected in the mirrors creating an impressive kaleidoscope effect inside the offices.
