

The Hollywood Rosevelt Hotel is an icon of the city of Los Angeles, made famous mainly due to stays of several showbiz personalities such as Clark Gable and Marilyn Monroe. The hotel was founded in 1927 and it was subjected to numerous renovations over the years, the last is the work of Joyce Wang.



Objective of the designer is to bring the Roosevelt Hotel to the splendor and glamor that distinguished it in between the 40s and 50s. The project developed by Wang is the modernization of 60 rooms overlooking the pool with continuous reference to the Hollywood heritage and entering details inspired by film noir and westerns. The vintage simplicity invads every ambience and is aimed to bring customers to a state of complete relax where they are free to express their true personality.
