Tazmania Ballroom is the first asiatic project of Tom Dixon and his Design Research Studio. The interior design of the place, located in a central area of Hong Kong, takes inspiration from the typical British game rooms, ambience with dark and smoky atmosphere that the founder George Yeung used to attend during his college years.
Plaster floors, cavernous ceilings, book-shelves, gilded paneling and walls, playing with shapes of diamonds, live together to create a decadent but at the same time glamorous and stylish place. Pool and ping-pong tables push customers to test their ability on rhythms of the music of the city's most popular DJs. The Tazmania Ballroom is one of the most trasgressive site of Hong Kong and a new reference point for the coolest nighthawks.
